BookFlix® is a digital literacy resource that pairs more than 120 animated stories from Weston Woods with a best-selling nonfiction eBook from Scholastic on a similar subject. The fiction and nonfiction pairings are designed to strengthen early literacy skills while exposing young learners to real world concepts.

NC Kids Digital Library

This first of its kind statewide eBook consortium specifically for children launched in February 2017. The North Carolina Public Library Directors Association (NCPLDA) together with OverDrive and the state of North Carolina have created this new digital resource sharing service for kids’ pre-K through 4th grade.

e-iNC Digital Library

The e-iNC Digital Library (OverDrive) add to their collections from a catalog of over 2 million eBooks, audiobooks, and videos. Start exploring to see what's out there.


RBdigital is a downloading service featuring eBooks and professionally narrated English- and Spanish-language audiobooks for adults, children and young adults.

Home Grown eBooks

This collection offers a wide range of content, including novels by popular North Carolina authors, poetry, short stories, and non-fiction. The eBooks are available for public use on the BiblioBoard platform.

TumbleBook Library

TumbleBook Library is an online collection of story books, enhanced read alongs, nonfiction ebooks, videos, games and language learning tools.
